Pels Service, Training and Technical Advice Service We offer on-site servicing on all Bodmer Riveting machines, Pels sheetmetal Nibbling and Pels Universal Steelworkers. At each service visit, the Pels engineer will reset the machine and test the machine on production parts to the satisfaction of the customer's engineer. A Visit Report is submitted following each visit. Service Plans Special Service and Preventative Maintenance plans can be set-up to cover all of these machines which are at the same site location. Each individual plan is tailored to suit the customers production operation, from small factories with just a single machine, to high volume Just-in-Time plants, when the machines are only available to be serviced, during the works shut-down. On-site rebuilds Some Bodmer and Pels Nibbling machines can be rebuilt on site, following an initial detailed assessment by out engineering department. Customer Works Staff Training We offer technical training to works supervisors, setters, and operators, as well as Health and Safety supervisors. Technical advice During our engineer's visit, technical advice can be given to improve the quality of the finished part, speed up the cycle time, or in some instances save an additional operation. |
