Bodmer bench mounted Orbital Riveting machines are fitted with their own electronic controls and can be tooled up with fixtures to suit each customer's component assemblies.

Machine capacities range from 0.5 - 50mm diameter on mild steel material 400N/mm².

The standard Bodmer electronic controls are fitted to the table machines, and come in 3 factory variants:

• Standard Pressure and Time riveting parameters.
• Electronic rivet tool depth sensing height of rivet before, and after forming.
• Full electronic in-process gauging with quality assurance, measuring the length of rivet stick-out.

CNC Riveting Machines are also in Bodmer's manufacturing programm, with fixed table, swivel table, or as fixed or stand alone stations on a pallet line. The overall size of the XY and or Z axes depends on the riveting area to be covered.
